Debt. Provided $2,500,000 investment capital to a seasoned property manager and hotel operator to expand their Cabana Rentals in the Caribbean.
The Plan is to expand to other local areas with this extremely popular form of accommodations. Caribbean Investment Fund will be there to provide additional funds to our clients expansion plans.
